Last Saturday, the Central Texas Food Bank was able to provide food for 1,515 households at a special drive-thru food distribution in Austin. Do you know how long a car line of 1,515 households looks like? Watch this video and see for yourself.

After hours and hours of waiting in line, each family received two boxes containing about 48 pounds of items such as peanut butter, brown rice, canned tuna or chicken, fruits, vegetables, frozen chicken, frozen orange juice and bread.

More food distributions like this are in the works, so monetary donations are needed.
