General Info: Partnerships for Children (PC) is dedicated to helping Child Protective Services CPS caseworkers in their efforts to protect children by providing critical resources to abused and neglected children in Austin and Central Texas. Unfortunately, state budgets often do not include enough funds to meet the basic needs of the children in the care of CPS. Before Partnerships for Children, caseworkers were forced to rely on their own personal funds, or to spend hours of precious time searching for resources to meet the needs of the children they served. PC works to bridge the gap between limited government resources and concerned citizens wanting to help.
